In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective, Please contact us as soon as possible. If something is wrong with an order, we certainly want to help. Our Procedure is as outlined below.


Product Damaged in Shipping:


Hidden damage must be reported to us within 7 days. Our Store may ask for pictures or video of the damaged product.NiteLifeTshirts.com will replace the damaged products or refund the price of the damaged products. The decision to replace or refund will be made in consultation with you, the customer, as to which solution is acceptable to both parties.


What if the product arrives and is not what I ordered? 

If you believe that you have received product that is not what you ordered, please contact us on the first available business day. Our store will replace your products or pick-up and refund your purchase. The decision to replace or refund will be made in consultation with you, the customer, as to which solution is acceptable for both parties.


If it is determined that the product you have received is the correct grade, color, size, etc. according to your order, our store will not be able to refund or exchange your product.


  • Typically, shipments will take 2-3 weeks from the date your package is shipped. Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Day Designer cannot be held responsible for customs delays.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges. 
  • If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it will be returned to Day Designer and you will receive a refund for the merchandise, minus the return shipping fees. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
